We are starting our fundraiser season. Howard’s Kentucky Derby was our first for cystic fibrosis. And a friend of a friend gave us a book called “Holy Moments” that day. Things WE HAVE ALL DONE at certain times in our lives. Holding the door open, paying for a person behind us, even smiling at a stranger, is a Holy Moment. If we all did ONE Holy Moment a day, the world would be a better place. LOVE one another. Thank you, Rhea, for the book. Then, five widows participated this weekend (for our 2nd fundraiser) at the VFW in Sharpsburg, Cash Bash. Great food, free beer, no winners, BUT a lot of fun. We are hoping to host a few events this summer. Stay tuned!
