I was going to talk about being ready for a dog. I have an application in and don’t want to jinx myself. So, instead I will tell you that my grandson cuts the grass mostly, I like keeping up with the back because it is mental therapy for me. I’m sitting on my back porch and admiring a job well done. Two hours of mowing, trimming, raking, weeding, and when the hose comes out, I know it’s done.
This is when I question the hows, whys, and whens of life. I seldom get answers. Sometimes more questions! Until next year, I’ll have to find something else for therapy. Shout out to Dylan for yard work. Love you, by the way, Dylan. He has his own business: Gold Mine Construction. Roofing, remodeling, and decks. And a shout out to a nice guy who cut the weeds growing over my fence. You saved me from hours of raking. You know who you are. Thank you!
