Sunday, December 7, the Merries had their Christmas party. Each of us brought a specialty, French toast casserole, quiche,, loxs and bagels, mini Rubens, muscles in wine sauce , ribs and outstanding desserts. The merriment continued with gifts, galore. In typical Merry fashion there was music!! We were singing and dancing the night away, proclaiming our theme song of the Widow’s to be “ stretchy pants” sung by no other than Carrie Underwood. The love shared by all seven women brought together through grief is remarkable….😍😘❤️
