The Merrie’s look forward to restaurant week twice a year. Last night we went to Martorono’s at the River’s casino. Great atmosphere Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The salad was huge and the dressing was excellent. The shrimp in the scampi were big, and cooked perfectly. I am not a fan of Al dente pasta but the sauce made up for that. The chocolate cake delicious. So big I couldn’t finish it. I did bring that home. Of course we ended the night at the grove. A DJ played a lot of our favorite songs. We haven’t danced as much in a while. Fun night!
