Today, my great niece came over to my house to learn how to make homemade pasta, Sunday sauce and Rosemary focaccia bread. We began at noon, finished at five right in time for dinner . Her grandfather came and enjoyed the feast with us along with her mom and stepdad. It was a day filled with fun, excitement, pleasure, and family… her leaving words were Aunt Donna, Can we do this again next month? I think we have a developing chef joining the family.
